TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL ACT (TSCA)

Establishes a uniform policy for toxic substances, whether they threaten water, air or soil integrity. TSCA requires testing of all new chemicals, and some old chemicals, for their effects on human health and the environment. The results of these tests may bring about regulations ranging from labeling requirements and workplace safety precautions to an outright ban on the substance. Substances regulated by TSCA include PCBs, asbestos and lead.

ESPL will work closely with pharmaceutical manufacturers and other producers of new substances to help your new product reach the market faster. ESPL will perform the necessary tests and prepare the required reports and applications for the FDA and involved Federal, State and local agencies.
