RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND RECOVERY ACT (RCRA)

Hazardous materials may cause fires, explosions and other emergency situations, so they are regulated strictly. RCRA describes the responsibilities of anyone who generates, transports, stores or disposes hazardous waste. RCRA also addresses cleanup of contamination from current industrial processes.

ESPL will provide your company with Hazardous Materials and Waste Management including annual and quarterly reporting and waste minimization and spill prevention plans. ESPL will also perform site remediation, including tank closure, Phase II and III, and soil and water cleanups.
